January 6, 4:00 p.m. PST (Jan. 7 9:00 a.m. JST), I participated in wednesday Poetry Meeting presided at by Ms. Kathabela Wilson, and performed reading of new Tanka sequence including improvisation. |

While Tokyo and the surrounding three municipals re-announced a stage of emergency for Covid-19, these weekly Zoom meetings offer me opportunities to cultivate skills to live bright and face issues with flexibility as artists. I strongly believe and feel very grateful to have such opportunities , where attendants beyond the boundary encourage each other, in this situation. |
